If you need assistance with the Billo app, send us an email & we will reach out to you to resolve your issue.
Step 1. Log into Billo.
Step 2. Select "Settings".
Step 3. Select "Contact Us".
Step 4. Let us know the issue you're having. Be sure to include your name & telephone number so we can get back to you.
Step 5. Select your preferred email app.
Step 6. Ensure the email address is being sent to customercare@digicelgroup.com, confirm the information in the email and send.
