Want to diagnose the problem on your phone?
Firstly, check for power by switching on the device. Then test all the hardware features (speaker, torch, LED lighting etc.).
If there there is an issue with the hardware (the hardware is the actual phone, rather than the software), please take it to a recognised phone dealer to further asses it and to help you fix the fault.
If your phone or device is less than a month old, please take it to the place where you purchased the phone.
If the device has malware, thoroughly run a deep scan on the device to exterminate any malware. If you are unable to do this, take your phone to a recognized phone dealer and they will assist.
