1. What do I get with the new and improved Big PHAT data plan?
With the purchase of a PHAT data plan, customers will receive data, the social bundle to browse social media and unlimited Digicel to Digicel calls and SMS. Due to unlimited calls and SMS bundle being included as part of the Big PHAT data plans, it will be removed as a bonus bundle received on top up for some price plans.
The PHAT data + unlimited calls and SMS offer is available to all prepaid price plans excluding tourist plan and can be purchase on USSD using *555# or from MyDigicel App.
3. Who can I call with my unlimited onnet calls and SMS bundle?
The bundle can be used to make Digicel to Digicel calls and SMS only. Calls and SMS to other networks and overseas would be charged from ABM.
4. Which price plans will the top-up change be applied to?
Top-up change applies to AnyNet, Student and Prepaid corporate price plans. These price plans received unlimited on-net calls and SMS as a bonus upon top-up.
5. How will top-up be different?
By topping up any amount within the top-up brackets of the price plan, unlimited on-net calls and SMS will no long be received. You will only receive your top up amount and free credit.
This means that if you're on the AnyNet price plan for example & you top up by $1, you would receive your 2Up free credit only. You will no longer receive the unlimited on net calls and SMS bundles.
6. If a customer has not opted into a PHAT plan after top-up and attempts to make a call or send an SMS to a Digicel number, how will the call or SMS be charged?
Making a call or sending an SMS to another Digicel number, would be charged from your actual credit.
