Step 1.  Select “Settings” from the phone menu.   

Step 2.  Select “Connections" or "More” followed by "Mobile Networks".

Step 3.  Select “Network mode or Network type". 

Step 4.  Select “LTE/WCDMA/GSM auto”.

iPhone

Step 1.  Select “Settings” from the phone menu.

Step 2.  Select “Cellular/Mobile Data”.

 Step 3.  Select “Cellular Data Options”.

Step 4. Select “Enable LTE” to turn LTE on.
