Steps to Change Wi-Fi Password for Pocket MIFI Modem

1. Connect to your Pocket MIFI modem
2. Enter http://192.168.8.1 into your web browser
3. Login to the modem a. Username : admin b. Password : admin
4. Click Confirm
5. Click Settings on the top tab
6. On the Quick Setup, click ‘Next’ on the Configure Profile Settings
7. On Configure WLAN Settings, change the WPA pre-shared key to your new password. The new password should be a minimum of 8 characters.
8. Click Finish on the bottom to validate the new password
9. Your password is now changed on your modem.

You will also need to change the Wi-Fi password on your Device

1. Select the Wi-Fi properties on your device
2. Select to “forget” the Wi-Fi details (old password), then enter the new password or change the password in the Security tab.
3. Now your device should be able to connect.
