1. What is Digicel “Roam like you’re Home”?

• This is available to Digicel Prepaid and Postpaid customers travelling to other Digicel Pacific territories & International territories (USA/CAN). The service offers the benefit of enjoying calling, texting and data rates as if they were in Fiji Market. These lower rates would ONLY be applicable when customers activate the RLYH plan by dialing [*100# or My Digicel App Roaming Plan section]

2. What is the subscription fee for Roam like you’re Home?

Postpaid customers will need to opt in to the roaming plans in order for the bundle minutes & Data bundle to function for the selected region markets contracted to their plans.

Prepaid & Postpaid customers only need to opt-in to specific plans created for that country they are roaming in

3. Who is the “Roam like you’re Home” plan for?

• The Roam like you’re Home plan is for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers.

4. How does “Roam like you’re Home” work?

• The “Roam Like You’re Home” Plan: Upon activation of service the plan allows Prepaid and Postpaid customers roaming in other Digicel Pacific islands & International territories (Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Tonga , Vanuatu , Samoa, Nauru, UK, USA, Singapore & Hong Kong) the ability to enjoy voice, text and data. Bundles for Prepaid & Postpaid  plan is valid for [24 hours]

5. What are the “Roam like You’re Home” rates?

The Roam like You’re Home rates are charged at per minute billing (International) for both Prepaid and Postpaid Customers.

Roam Like You’re Home rates are as follows:

Prepaid & Postpaid subs while using their RLYH Plans have access to 100 Voice Minutes, 100SMS and 100MB Data or 1GB Data Plan or 200 Mins Plan are able to use service while roaming in the following countries: (Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Tonga, Vanuatu, Samoa, Nauru, UK, USA, Singapore & Hong Kong)

Prepaid & Postpaid subscribers roaming International must activate RLYH plan in order to get the above rates applied. Market to update

6. Will services work without an active RLYH opt-in plan?

• Yes, it will work

7. What will happen if a customer does not have available credit in their main balance?

• If a customer does not have sufficient ABM to renew roaming plan within the 24hrs then any activity customers does will be charged from remaining ABM balance on the out of bundle roaming rates. Out of Bundle rates

1. 42c per minute for receiving calls, calls within country, calls back to Fiji
2. 24c per SMS
3. 21c per MB
4. $5.00 per minute to make calls to rest of the world

8. While roaming, is a customer able to benefit from local promotions? E.g. Free after 5, Local talk plans, etc.?

• No

9. If a Prepaid customer has bonus credit on their account can this be used while roaming?

• No, only applies within the market
